As a voting citizen of the United States, a voter who is a waiter, teacher, construction laborer or a factory worker (and the list could go on and on), I found it appalling that Congress keeps giving themselves automatic raises. How long are we, the voters of America, going to keep our voices from being heard? I could have used a $5,000 raise myself. Congress can only do what we, the people, let them do. Let's stand up for ourselves and demand no more raises without a vote by the people.

On a recent trip to a state bordering Missouri, the difference in roadside litter was immediate and striking. Missouri's state animal may be a mule, but it should be changed to a pig. Look at Missouri's interstate roadsides as you travel. The littering is disgusting.

I'm calling in about some who complain about Sikeston. It's not the store owners who are rude; it's the people in Sikeston. People expect you to have prices as cheap as they are in Mexico. I don't buy from Mexico. I buy from the USA and they want me to lower my prices to what they can pay at discount surplus stores. And the people in Cape are just as rude as they are in Sikeston.

How can a man be convicted of selling drugs or being in possession of drugs by being just a passenger, getting a ride from someone. How can the police let him go two times and then three days later, issue a warrant for his arrest? Come on, be fair, Sikeston. Please answer this question? How can you treat someone like this?

Yours is a question for a legal expert. The man's attorney may be the person to ask.

What we need in this country is a good manager. When soup lines get half a mile long in this country, this will dawn on the average American who is slow to think with electing a multi-millionaire to the presidency who is certainly not a good manager.

Let me warn you people that if you start a business and make any money, and you're doing good, everybody is going to say you're selling dope. If you do good, they'll accuse you of selling dope.
