A Christmas celebration

The choir of the First Baptist Church of Charleston, 301 S. Main St., will present "Celebrate the Child" at 6 p.m. Dec. 16. The Children's Choir will also participate. Preparing the sanctuary for the presentation are music director Betty C. Hearnes, seated, Cora Sue Stalling, standing left, and Karen Brown. Admission is free.
