SAVANNAH, Tenn. - Billy Kirtley, 59, formerly of Sikeston and Canalou, Mo., died July 9, 2004, at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Memphis.
Arrangements are incomplete at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston.
