DEXTER - Jack Jennings, 72, died July 8, 2004, at his home.
Born Feb. 1, 1932, at Newtonia, son of the late B.W. and Mattie Murr Jennings, he was a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Dexter. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and had been an electronic specialist for the Federal Aviation Administration at Lambert Field in St. Louis.
On Nov. 24, 1956, at Dexter, he married Ruth Hart who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: three daughters and sons-in-law, Sandra and Paul Imbeaux of O'Fallon, Amanda and Jay Tepe of Joplin and Jill and Mike Noble of St. Charles; one brother, Carl Jennings of Poplar Bluff; one sister, Dixie Harty of Dexter; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by four brothers, Harry Jennings, Charles Jennings, Don Jennings and Warren Jennings.
Visitation is from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter.
Services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday at Faith Lutheran Church in Dexter with Adam Mueller, pastor, officiating.
Military honors will be conducted at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield.
