Eleanor Leirer

GIDEON -- Eleanor Leirer, 91, died Nov. 26, 2006, at the Gideon Care Center.

Born Oct. 22, 1915, at Bernie, daughter of the late Richard and Lillie Ramsey Sadler, she was a homemaker and a member of the Methodist Church of Gideon.

On Aug. 5, 1934, at Bernie, she married Everett Leirer who survives of the home.

Survivors include: one son, Kenneth Leirer of Hillsboro; one daughter, Dorris Tomlin of Wichita, Kan.; one brother, Marion Sadler of Dexter; one sister, Louise Smith of Dexter; and five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Services were conducted at 11 a.m. today at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Bernie. The Rev. Susan Marner-Sides officiated.

Burial followed in the Bernie Cemetery.
