SCOTT CITY -- David Ray Cossiboom, 51, died at 3:50 p.m. Nov. 27, 2006, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
Born May 30, 1955, in Cape Girardeau, son of Bessie Arleen Huffman Tipsword of Scott City and the late Henry Alonzo Cossiboom, he was an operation room material manager for Southeast Missouri Hospital. A U.S. Air Force veteran, he was of the Protestant belief and a member of Chaffee Elks 1810.
He was also preceded in death by one brother.
In addition to his mother, survivors include: one daughter, Shelley Farrow of Herrin, Ill.; one sister, Linda Bentley of Springfield, Ill.; and two grandchildren.
Visitation is after 5 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee, where services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday. The Rev. Joe Hudson will officiate.
Burial with full military honors will be held at 3 p.m. Friday at Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield.
