Charles Clark

WYATT - Charles William Clark, 89, died at 8:30 a.m. July 5, 2004, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

Born March 19, 1915, at Mayfield, Ky., he was raised by family members, Lee Clark and Belle Clark and his uncle, John Clark. A resident of Mississippi County his entire life, he was a farmer and landowner. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a member of the Charleston VFW Post 4294.

On Jan. 22, 1958, he married Llula Bennett, who survives of the home.

Also surviving are: two daughters, Ivy Marie Jones of Ripley, Okla., and Lois Lou George of Pawnee, Okla.; and four granddaughters.

No visitation or services are scheduled.

McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston is in charge of arrangements.
