Born March 22, 1911, in Ullin, Ill., son of the late Gabriel and Georgia Goodman Rendleman, he graduated in 1931 from Bell City High School and was a retired farmer. A member of the Bell City United Methodist Church for more than 68 years, he was also a charter member of the Bell City Rotary Club.
On July 27, 1935, in Kennett, he married Mona Bollinger who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: one son, Thomas H. Rendleman Jr. of Bell City; two daughters, Suzanne Boswell of Scott City and Mary Hart of Advance; three sisters, Marcia Kinder and Joann Johnson of Painton and Virginia Jenkins of Advance; and nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Four brothers and two sisters preceded him in death.
Visitation is from 4:30 to 8 p.m. today at Morgan Funeral Home in Advance.
Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Bell City United Methodist Church with the Rev. Linda Zych, officiating.
Burial will follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery near Advance.
