Allie McGinty and Megan McDonald did the most damage, scoring three goals each. Kaitlyn Bohn and Chelsie Oliver added Cape's other two goals.
Sikeston played the game without two of its starters -- Flemming Silverthorn and Tiffany Robinson.
"With two players out, we kind of played a little patchwork defense," said Sikeston coach Derrick Long. "It kind of worked in some area's, but they've got a high-powered offense. Once they got it going, they were pretty much on our side of the field the whole time."
Cape Central outshot Sikeston 21-3. Sikeston keeper Audra Wooley finished with 13 saves while Cape goalie Megan Kistner finished with three.
Sikeston (2-12) will travel to Fredericktown on Thursday, a team they beat 5-0 in the first match of the season.
"We've been playing pretty solid the last three or four games," said Long. "We kind of took a step back today, but hopefully we can get it rolling again against Fredericktown on Thursday."
Sikeston lost Tuesday's junior varsity match 6-0, ending the year with a record of 0-8-1.
Cape Central outshot the Lady Bulldogs' jayvee 14-1. Sikeston keeper Whitney Wallace finished with eight saves.
