SIKESTON - Becky Prindle was named customer service representative of the Sikeston Aliance Bank location. The announcement was made by J. Michael Pobst, community bank president.

"I am very excited to add Becky to the staff here at Sikeston. She has worked in the customer service business all of her life which brings an enormous weath of experience," said Pobst. "Becky has over 11 years of banking experience and has worked both the deposit and loan of the side of the bank. She knows how to make banking an enjoyable event."

Prindle began her banking career in 1976 as a teller at First National Bank in Sikeston. She continued with the bank through 1987 when she became manager of King Cleaners of Sikeston, serving there for 16 years. A Sikeston High School graduate, she attended numerous banking seminars and training courses over the years.

"I look forward to continue servicing my customers again. Alliance Bank is the type of banking institution that really cares about their customers and I want to be a part of that atmosphere in the work place. It's exciting to get into banking again," said Prindle.

Alliance Bank was established in 1997 and has expanded to a $97 million banking facility. The bank services Scott, Cape Girardeau, Perry, Stoddard, New Madrid and Mississippi counties.

HAYTI - Unemployed senior citizens in Scott County have help in their search for employment.

Experience Works, older worker specialist, is dedicated to seeking jobs for people 55 years old and older who meet certain income guidelines.

Formerly known as Green Thumb, the program is funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Labor and is available for free. Experience Works is taking applications in this area.

SIKESTON - Michael Hamra, package driver for UPS, was recently honored for completing 25 years of service with the company. Hamra works out of the UPS facility in Sikeston and resides in Sikeston.
