HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE, Ark. - Allie Vee Dunavant, 77, died June 25, 2004, in a Hot Springs hospital.
Born Aug. 5, 1926, at Lepanto, daughter of the late Henry and Allie Boland Denton, she was a member of the Mountainside Methodist Church in Hot Springs Village.
Her husband, Harry P. Dunavant Jr., survives of the home.
Other survivors include: two sons and daughters-in-law, Harry P. and Rhonda Dunavant III of Little Rock and Henry Denton and Donna Dunavant of Gallatin, Tenn.; two daughters and one son-in-law, Kathy Jane and Gary Clark of Branson, Mo., and JoLynn Dunavant of Rogers; four grandchildren, Kelly Jo Lane of St. Louis, Jania Beth Smith of Sikeston, Mo., Brian Daniel Brickell of Hollister, Mo., and Lynsey Ann Smith of Tulsa, Okla.; and two great-grandchildren, Madison Smith and Mason Smith of Sikeston.
Two brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.
A memorial service was conducted Sunday at Mountainside Methodist Church with the Rev. Lyndol Loyd officiating.
Funeral services were conducted Monday at the Roller-Swift Funeral Home in Osceola.
Burial followed in the Potters Cemetery at Lepanto.
