Born March 24, 1949, in East Prairie, daughter of the late Lawrence McIllwain and Goldie Thresher McIllwain Watson, she was a lifelong resident of East Prairie where she was a member of the First Baptist Church. She was a nurse for Dr. Gregorio Rodriguez in Charleston for the past 30 years.
On Feb. 5, 1971, she married Howard Gene Bradley who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: one daughter and son-in-law, Nicole and Jay Phillips of East Prairie; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Sonja and James Haines and LaDonna McIllwain of East Prairie; her stepfather, Bill Watson of East Prairie; and one stepgrandson, Rowdy Phillips of East Prairie.
Visitation begins at 6 p.m. today at Shelby Funeral Home, where services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday with George White, officiating.
Burial will follow in East Prairie Memorial Park Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be: Larry Thresher, Gene Thresher, Johnny Thresher, Eric Haines, Stuart Bain and Jerry Barker.
