SIKESTON - Take a group of local actors, give them a Pulitzer Prize winning script about characters who live in a delightful madhouse and you have an entertaining evening on stage provided by Sikeston Little Theatre.
The local theater group will present "You Can't Take It With You," the third production of their 42nd season, at 8 p.m. Nov. 14-16 and 2 p.m. on Nov. 17 at the Albritton-Mayer Cultural Center on South Kingshighway.
Directed by Mike Marsh, the play is set in the 1930s and features a cast and crew of Sikeston and area residents. The cast members in order of appearance are: Tiffany Smith, Donna Protzel, Jennifer Chessor, Matt Raymond, Connie Thompson, Charles Palmer, Andy Alberson, Earl Braswell, Jessica Carle, Bill Palmer, J.T. Carle, Ken Shields, Darlene Felts, Rick Whiffen, B.J. Whiffen, Mike Marsh, Rick Adams, Jason Eaton and Barbara Palmer.
Assisting with the production are Dianne Jarvis, assistant director; Steven Koch, student director; Lois Cokenhour, stage manager; along with Jim Terrell, Dee Beydler, Jake Marsh, Carrie Yanson, Martha Bell, Heather Palmer, Lynn Colley, Alexis Whitten, Tony Guzman and Matt Strom.
