Time to clean up

Mike Staggs, a Public Works employee for the City of Sikeston, inspects a trailer of trash for hazardous materials Tuesday at the Sikeston Compost Site. The City of Sikeston's annual Communitywide Cleanup is this week. The compost site is open daily through Sunday to allow Sikeston residents to dispose of items during the cleanup. Residents may drop off their items from 7:30 a.m. until 6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and from 7:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Sunday.
