Signing in

New Madrid County officials took their oaths of office Friday afternoon then signed their commissions to take their elected offices. Pictured are, from left: Jimmy McSpadden, coroner; Ronnie Simmons, assessor; County Clerk Clement Cravens (partially hidden); Charles Ice, surveyor; Don Day, second district commissioner; and Mary Baker, first district commissioner. Cravens gave the oath of office to the new officials which also included Nancy Goodman Pardon, public administrator; Sheriff Terry Stevens; and Tommy Bradley, treasurer.
