Betty Talley

SOUTH ROXANA, Ill. -- Betty R. Talley, 67, died April 14, 2003, at Alton Memorial Hospital in Alton.

Born June 4, 1935, at Zalma, Mo., she was the daughter of the late Homer and Myrtle Kinder Campbell.

On Nov. 14, 1953, she married Russell Eugene Talley who preceded her in death on Dec. 6, 1983.

Survivors include: one son, Darrell Talley of Bunker Hill; one daughter, Pat Bruner of South Roxana; three brothers, Raymond Campbell of Springfield, Gilbert Campbell of Delhi and Willard Campbell of Hettick; one sister, Jessie Gulley of Scott City, Mo.; and six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Two brothers also preceded her in death.

Visitation is from 5-8 p.m. today at Morgan Funeral Home in Advance, Mo., where services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Thursday. The Rev. Bob Porter will officiate.

Burial will follow in Bollinger County Memorial Park at Marble Hill, Mo.
