In the boys meet, Notre Dame took first place with 112 points. East Prairie came in second with 54 points, followed by Portageville in third with 31 and Oran in fourth with 28.
Brent Harland had a big day for the Eagles, placing first in three events and third in another.
He won the 110 meter hurdles with a time of 17.23 and took first in the 200 meter dash at 24.55. He also won the 300 meter hurdles with a time of 44.12, and placed third in the long jump with a leap of 17-feet, 3.5-inches.
Aaron Harland also had some success, taking first place in the 1600 meter run with a time of 5:12.60. He also took top honors in the 400 meter dash with a time of 1:03. He placed third in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:25.55.
"I'm satisfied with our team's performance, considering the conditions," said East Prairie coach Brett Blackman. "It was pretty miserable out there, but you're going to have these once or twice a year. You just have to get used to it."
In the 100 meter dash, Dean Hedge took second with a time of 12. 10. Benji Miller won the shot put with a throw of 36-feet, 7.5-inches. Zack Scott took second with a throw of 34-5. Ryan Rayburn took fifth with a throw of 30-11.
In the discus, Rayburn took first with a throw of 106-feet, 7-inches. Scott took fifth with a toss of 79-7.
"I was pleased with the performance of our throwers," said Blackman.
On the girls side, Notre Dame took first place with 158 points. East Prairie came in second with 29, followed by Oran in third with nine. Portageville didn't score any points.
In the shot put, Ashley Cartwright took fourth place with a throw of 22-feet, 3.75-inches. Whitney Mayabb took fifth in the event at 20-11.5.
In the 100 meter hurdles, Wiebke Bartscher took third place with a time of 20.29. In the 1600 meter run, Michelle Redman took second with a time of 6:49.
In the 400 meter dash, Lydia Thomure took second with a time of 1:09.55. Bartscher placed fourth with a time of 1:13.96.
In the discus, Joledo Paro took second with a throw of 61-feet, 6-inches. Cartwright took fifth in the event with a throw of 50-4.
In the 300 meter hurdles, Bartscher took second with a time of 1:01.66. Thomure took second in the 800 meter run with a time of 3:04. In the 3200 meter run, Redman took second with a time of 14:56.
