PUXICO - Wayne A. Smith, 40, formerly of East Prairie, died at 7:25 p.m. Jan. 14, 2005, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
Shelby Funeral Home at East Prairie in charge of arrangements, which are incomplete.
