The Bluejays had no match closer than 8-4 as they rolled to the easy victory.
"That's a big win," said Charleston head coach Mitch Baker. "These guys have really looked forward to this. They've been wanting to play Cape. Up and down the lineup I can't pick out one person. Everybody played well today."
In singles, Alex Peterson beat Tyler Roeger 8-1; Kyle Kemp beat Heath Orr 8-3; Blake Branum beat Will Ramsey 8-3; Lee Hess beat P.D. Stewart 8-2; Derek Hoppe beat Adam Varon 8-2; and Jake Garrard beat Kevin Rohatgi 8-3.
In doubles, Peterson and Kemp beat Roeger and Varon 8-1; Branum and Hess beat Orr and Ramsey 8-4; and Hoppe and Garrard beat Stewart and Rohatgi 8-3.
"I think the wind was actually an advantage for us because all three of our previous matches were with windy conditions," said Baker. "We really played well and moved our feet. I really can't ask more for our guys. We have room for improvement, but we really played well."
Charleston's junior varsity winners were Drew Kemp, Joey Dorris, Seth Stevenson and the doubles team of Josh Moxley and Kemp.
Charleston will play at Lone Oak on Monday at 4 p.m.
