Born Dec. 26, 1931, in Truman, Ark., she was the daughter of the late William and Eugenia King George.
Survivors include: three sons, Leslie Wayne Mims of Kennett, Johnny Ralph Mims of Southaven, Miss., and Tommy Joe Mims of Jonesboro, Ark.; three daughters, Linda Karen Lewis of Midlothian, Va., Rita Sharon Nolen of Caruthersville and Lana Sue Robinson of Campbell, Calif.; three brothers, John Gary Woods of Malden, Richard G. Woods of Tarpon Spring, Fla., and Tommy L. Woods of Bridgeman, Mich.; and 12 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
One son, William Mims and one brother, Barney J. Woods, preceded her in death.
Visitation begins at 9 a.m. Saturday at Richards Funeral Home in New Madrid.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Evergreen Cemetery in New Madrid with the Rev. Lawrence Gibbon, officiating.
