Nettie Schreick

OSCEOLA, Ark. - Nettie Schreick, 80, died March 23, 2003, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Blytheville.

Born Sept. 1, 1922, in Wilson, daughter of the late Coleman and Mamie Lunnum, she had been an insurance agent and was a member of the Osceola First Baptist Church.

Her husband, Leo Schreick, preceded her in death.

Survivors include: one son, Joe Tal Schreick of Osceola; one brother, Coleman Lunnum of Gosnell; three sisters, Lita Mae Palmer of West Covina, Calif., Eva Bell Gill of Blytheville and Vivian Christine "Butch" Ward of Morehouse, Mo.; and one granddaughter and two great-grandchildren.

One sister, Mary Margaret Crane, also preceded her in death.

Services were conducted at 1 p.m. today at the Roller-Swift Funeral Home in Osceola with the Rev. Dale Walker officiating.

Burial followed in Mississippi County Memorial Gardens in Osceola.
