SIKESTON - Fannie Lou Fodge, 95, formerly of Blodgett, died at 10:40 a.m. Oct. 6, 2004, at the Sikeston Convalescent Center.
Born Nov. 17, 1908, in Anniston, daughter of the late Ernest D. and Berten W. McGrew Peck, she was a member of the Blodgett Baptist Church. She was employed with the International Shoe Company in Sikeston for 35 years.
On Aug. 15, 1924, in New Madrid, she married Charles L. Fodge who preceded her in death on Jan. 15, 1987.
Survivors include: two sons, Charles E. Fodge and Ernest "Sammie" Fodge of Sikeston; one daughter, Jean Allen of Hanahan, S.C.; one sister, Juanita Johnson of Martinsville, Ind.; and 10 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, 10 great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
One son, two brothers and one sister also preceded her in death.
Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel, where services are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Saturday. The Rev. Mike Fodge of Joaquin, Texas, will officiate.
Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
