SIKESTON - Dorothy Winona "Dottie" Williams, 65, died at 2:45 a.m. March 12, 2003, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
Born May 30, 1937, in Bragg City, daughter of the late Riley and Ethel Arnold Whithers, she was a lifelong resident of Sikeston.
She was preceded in death by husbands Johnny Collier and Bill Milner.
On Dec. 24, 1997, in Sikeston, she married Charles E. Williams who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: seven sons and four daughters-in-law, Johnny Lee and Trish Collier of Dallas, Texas, David and Jackie Collier of Gunbarrel City, Texas, Billy and Vicky Milner of Caddo Mills, Texas, Frank and Lisa Milner of Tuscaloosa, Ala., John Milner of Duncanville, Ala., and Rocky Williams and Chucky Williams of Sikeston; six daughters and two sons-in-law, Dottie and Tony Browning of Gunbarrell City, Donna and Mitch Whithorn of Poplar Bluff, Sue Milner of Fayette, Ala., Kelly Milner of Bell City and Tina and Ray Sanders and Cerinna Milner of Birmingham, Ala.; one brother, Basil Whithers of Buchanan, Mich.; and 32 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
One grandson, two brothers and two sisters also preceded her in death.
Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Blanchard Funeral Chapel, where services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday. The Rev. Charlie Lutes will officiate.
Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery in Sikeston.
