CAPE GIRARDEAU -- Clara Pullum, 70, formerly of Dexter, died Nov. 6, 2004, at the Fountainbleau Lodge in Cape Girardeau.
Born Dec. 4, 1933, at Bernie, daughter of the late Alva "Stubby" and Lacy Hill Walker, she was a homemaker and member of the Gospel Assembly Church in Dexter.
On May 20, 1951, at Clay County, Ark., she married Junior Pullum who preceded her in death on Dec. 20, 1992.
One daughter, Darlene Pullum, also preceded her in death.
Survivors include: two daughters, Belinda Flynn of Cape Girardeau and Teresa Powell of Houston, Texas; three sons, Robert Pullum of Columbia, Tenn., Jay Pullum of Sikeston and Jack Pullum of Dexter; one brothers, David Walker of Dexter; four sisters, June Hester of Branson, Joyce Mills of McKinney, Texas, and Mabel Snider and Judy Crump of Dexter; and 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter where services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday. The Rev. Clyde Quick will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Hagy Cemetery.
