Call 471-6636

I was driving down Ingram awhile ago, and saw a man throw half a watermelon out into a side ditch. I followed you home and I know where you live. It's a good thing I couldn't see a house number and you had no license plate on the back of that truck, or I would have reported you to the police. Don't you know it's against the law to litter?

Actually, you could still report the incident to the police by calling 471-4711. All information will remain confidential.

I am thankful for the no-litter law you have out. Good luck! I hope you put one out in Clayton Addition because we sure need it out here. It's terrible the way they trash the streets. I also would like to see a law that would make boys wear their pants up to the waist instead of showing their butts or their shorts showing all the time. I don't know how stupid they can get.

I was reading the story about the gentleman on Jamie Lynn wanting to change the speed limit because of the cloud of dust. Does he not realize that you cannot tell how fast a person is going on a gravel road, because normally, it does create a cloud of dust? If the sheriff's department can make promises on taking care of people who speed on that road, they need to follow through with other laws, like no 4-wheelers on a public road. I have yet to see that happen.

I am a college student who is looking for a Spanish tutor to help me with my skills at their own convenience. Call me at 380-9710.

I called in a week-and-a-half ago and my comment has not been put in the paper yet. I wanted to start a donation for Calvin King for his bond. That guy deserved the bad beating he received for child molestation. So, as a community, let's bond out Calvin. I will donate the first $100. Please put this in the paper.

When some people call your house, they should state who they want, junior or senior and they don't know which person of the same name they are calling for. So who are they calling for, junior or senior?
