BassBusters hold sixth tournament of season

PADUCAH, Ky. -- The Bootheel BasssBusters held their sixth tournament of the year on August 7th on the Tennessee, Cumberland, and Ohio Rivers out of Paducah, Ky.

Jim Sindle won the tournament with five fish weighing 8 lbs. 2 oz. Mike Estes was second with four fish weighing 7 lbs. 13 oz. and Leon Miller was third with five fish weighing 7 lbs. 2 oz.

Leven Cox took big bass honors with a 3 lb. 12 oz. fish and Kenny Dement won the "Lucky Drawing."

Leven Cox leads in the Angler-of-the-Year race with 988 points. Mike Estes is second with 929 points and Leon Miller moved up to third with 789 points.

The club travels to Kentucky Lake on September 11th for their seventh tournament of the year out of KenLake Marina.
