DEXTER - Lois Charlene Cross Goza, 69, died June 22, 2005, at the Crowley Ridge Care Center in Dexter.
Born March 4, 1936, in Poplar Bluff to the late Charley and Sarah Wilson Carl, she had lived in Dexter since 1977. She was a member of the Faith Fellowship Full Gospel Church in Dexter.
On Oct. 7, 1951, at Piggott, Ark., she married Quenten Cross, who preceded her in death on Dec. 15, 1979.
Also one sister, Doris Adams, and four brothers, Charles, Vernon, Marvin and Marion Carl, preceded her in death.
Survivors include: one son, John Cross of Puxico; four daughters, Bonnie Cross and Ester Rogers of Dexter, Delores Long of Perks, Ill., and Laura Barnes of Goreville, Ill.; two half brothers, Billy Thurston and Robert Thurston of Poplar Bluff; two sisters, Virginia Gray of Poplar Bluff and Vivian Crosby of Grandin; and 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter. Funeral services are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Faith Fellowship Full Gospel Church with the Rev. Karen Oldham of Dexter and the Rev. Eddie Spain of Fredericktown officiating.
Burial will be the Dexter Cemetery.
