SIKESTON - Doris L. Tejeda, 79, died at 7:10 p.m. June 5, 2005, at the Clearview Nursing Center.
Born March 14, 1926, in Illmo-Fornfelt, daughter of the late John and Rose Holmes Wooley, she was of the Pentecostal belief. She had been a certified nurses aide for Baptist Memorial Hospital in Kansas City and at area nursing homes.
Survivors include: two daughters, Clara Duff of Sikeston and Mary Lou Francis of Scott City; two brothers, Harold Wooley of Desloge and J.D. Wooley of Springfield; one sister, Mary Hare of Essex; and four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Two brothers, two sisters and one grandson, Jim Allen Francis, preceded her in death.
Visitation is from 11 a.m. Wednesday until service time at 2 p.m. at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Jim Eskew, pastor of the Church of God of Prophecy in Bertrand, will officiate.
Burial will follow in Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston.
Pallbearers will be: Mike Duff, Harold Duff Jr., Jeff Baran, Landon, Wheeler, Bill Wooley and James Malloy.
