McDonald - Carraway

JONESBORO, Ark. -- Latia Rachelle McDonald and Stuart Moore Carraway were united in marriage during a 7 p.m. ceremony July 7, 2007, at Valley View Church of Christ in Jonesboro. David Gibson, minister, officiated.

Parents of the bride are Bill and Debra Mink of Harrisburg and the late Keith McDonald. The bridegroom is the son of Joe and Tricia Carraway of Sikeston, Mo.

Burt Samples, friend of the bridegroom, provided the music soundboard for the occasion.

Tisha Deen of Fayetteville served her sister as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Natalie Mead of Kissimmee, Fla., Kelly Dale of Fayetteville, Lauren Dale of Jonesboro and Destiny Duncan of Little Rock, all friends of the bride; and Kelly Carraway of Sikeston, sister of the bridegroom.

Flower girl was Ragan Polston, friend of the bride and daughter of Jimmy and Janet Polston of Fisher.

Kenan Carraway of Washington, D.C. served his brother as best man. Groomsmen were Jacob Lamberson and Rocky Horton of Jonesboro, Kyle Howard of Sikeston, Cody Weeks of Columbia, Mo., and Kyle Weeks of Springfield, Mo., all friends of the bridegroom.

Ring bearer was Brett Johnson, nephew of the bridegroom and son of Kelly Carraway of Sikeston.

Ushers were Daniel Rodgers of Bryant, friend of the bridegroom; and Chase Blagg of Fisher, cousin of the bride.

A reception followed in the church fellowship hall.

Guestbook attendant was Candace Noel Smith of Fisher. Wedding coordinators were Denise Wright of Fisher, cousin of the bride; Jeanette Deere of Rosebud, Miss., aunt of the bride.

Servers were Janet Polston of Fisher; Stacy Howard of Brookland; Jamie Field of Fayetteville, aunt of the bride; Savana Smith of Swifton; and Jennifer Critcher of Swifton.

The bridegroom's parents hosted a rehearsal dinner July 6 at Lazzari Italian Oven in Jonesboro.

A bridesmaid's luncheon was hosted by Rise' Howard and Robin Pace on July 7 at Brickhouse Grill in Jonesboro.

A bridal shower was given by the ladies of Valley View Church of Christ on June 3 in Jonesboro. Rocky and Tiffany Horton and Jacob and Lyndsey Lamberson hosted a couple's bridal shower on June 9 at Brickhouse Grill in Jonesboro. A wedding shower was given by Circle 1 of Hunter Memorial First Presbyterian Church on June 10 in Sikeston.

Following a cruise to Grand Cayman, Belize, Isla Roatan and Costa Maya, the new Mr. and Mrs. Carraway are making their home in Jonesboro.
