The Sikeston American Legion's Annual Cotton Carnival started Tuesday night at the Sikeston Jaycee Bootheel Rodeo grounds. Tonight the Little Mister and Miss Cotton Carnival contest will be held at 7:30 p.m. The carnival opens daily at 5 p.m. and Saturday at 10 a.m.
