None of the matches were close as six of the nine played were 8-0 shutouts.
"The girls had a great day," said Sikeston head coach Lynne DeWitt. "We played hard. We will have a tough match (today) against Jackson."
In singles, Elizabeth Killion, Lindsay Leible, Jeri Nichols, Chelsea Gilliland and Brittney Bohannon all won 8-0. Charlie Richey defeated Shelley Rice 8-1.
Killion beat Casey Guzman, Leible beat Mallory Kiefer, Nichols beat Amy Holmes, Gilliland beat Brittney Koch and Bohannon beat Stefanie Whitaker.
In doubles, Killion and Richey beat Guzman and Rice 8-1. Leible and Nichols beat Kiefer and Holmes 8-0 and Gilliland and Bohannon beat Koch and Tara Propst 8-1.
Sikeston won the junior varsity match 3-0.
Jessica Colwick and Emily Bowman each posted singles victories.
Lindsey James and Hallie Lambert won their doubles match.
Sikeston will host Jackson today at 4 p.m.
