Sikeston Standard Democrat: High School Sports: Rain moves district tennis, district softball up to today (10/10/03)

SIKESTON - The Class 1, District 1 Tournament was postponed until 10 a.m. today due to rain on Thursday at the Sikeston High School tennis courts.

Tournament officials said most of the matches in the first two rounds were completed before the rains hit.

The district softball tournament was also rained out on Thursday. Sikeston will face Farmington today at 6 p.m., in Farmington.
