Betty McBride

DEXTER - Betty McBride, 71, formerly of Cape Girardeau, died Feb. 21, 2005, at the Beverly Health and Rehabilitation Center in Dexter.

Born Oct. 26, 1933, at Paragould, Ark., daughter of the late William D. and Geneva Glasgow Walker, she was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and was a secretary for Side Construction in Cape Girardeau.

Survivors include: one daughter and son-in-law, Teresa and Bruce Totten of Milwaukie, Ore.; two brothers, Jerald Walker of Crown Point, Ind., and Allen Walker of Dexter; two sisters, Sue Isaacs of St. Louis and Carolyn Dube of Columbia; and six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Visitation is from 10 a.m. Wednesday until service time at 11 a.m. at Rainey-

Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter. The Rev. Wendy Downing will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Hagy Cemetery.
