JACKSON - Shannon Dale and Keri Beth Wren are the parents of their first child, a daughter, born at 1:13 p.m. Aug. 18, 2003, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. Lydia Jo Wren weighed 8 pounds, 13 ounces and was 20 3/4-inches long.

The former Keri Schlosser, Mrs. Wren is the daughter of Sandy Schlosser of Sikeston. She is a developmental therapist for First Steps.

Wren, son of Linda and Joe Hornback of Oak Ridge and Don and Penny Wren of Jackson, is employed with the Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety office in Cape Girardeau.


SIKESTON - Jason and Miranda Colgan are the parents of their second son, born at 11:11 a.m. Aug. 18, 2003, at Missouri Delta Medical Center. Zachary Mason Colgan weighed 8 pounds, 4 ounces and was 21-inches long.

Mrs. Colgan is the daughter of Robert and Pamela Tune of Raymondville.

Colgan, son of Bob Colgan and Charlene DuBois of Houston, Mo., is employed by Arnco Farms Inc.

Maternal great-grandparents are the Rev. Elbert and Mary Mason of Irondale.

Paternal great-grandparents are Mary Colgan of Houston, Mo., and Elenoir DuBois of Farmington, Conn.


SIKESTON - Reva M. Bills is the mother of her first child, a son, born at 2:51 p.m. Aug. 19, 2003, at Missouri Delta Medical Center. Miles Lee Bills weighed 7 pounds, 7 ounces and was 20-inches long.

Grandparents are Willie and Lisa Johnson and Kenneth Felty.

Great-grandparents are Rufus and Repunzel Williamson and Charles and Martha Calcutt.


SIKESTON - Joy Lea Ruff and Kenny Everett Cochran are the parents of their third child, first daughter, born at 9:44 a.m. Aug. 19, 2003, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Kenlea River Cochran weighed 7 pounds and was 19 1/2-inches long.

Ruff, daughter of Richard and Faye Kirkpatrick of Charleston, is a realtor with First Realty GMAC.

Cochran, son of Richard and Charlotte Cochran of Morehouse, is a contractor with Cochran Construction.
