Amy Murphy

NEW MADRID - Amy Jeanne Murphy, 42, died Sept. 8, 2003, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

Born Feb. 18, 1961, in Sikeston, she was the daughter of Gus and Clara Clark Murphy Jr. of New Madrid.

Survivors in addition to her parents: two daughters, Cammy Spreng White and Abby Jeanne White of New Madrid; one sister and brother-in-law, Cynthia Murphy and Craig Nelson of St. Louis; and one brother, Anthony Kevin Murphy of St. Louis.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Patricia Annette Murphy and Judith Lynette Murphy Stroud; and one brother, Mark Christopher Murphy.

Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Richards Funeral Home, where services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday. The Rev. Tom McCanless, pastor of the Kewanee Missionary Baptist Church, will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be: Cynthia Nelson, Craig Nelson, William Fields, Billy Clark, Justin Gilmer, Darin Mims, Anthony Murphy and Tim Stroud.
