LILBOURN - Opal Baehr, 94, died Feb. 26, 2005, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
Born Sept. 26, 1910, in New Madrid, daughter of the late Jack and Zada McCary Coffee, she was a member of the First Baptist Church in Lilbourn and was a clerk for Taylor's Grocery before retiring.
Her husband, J.E. "Bunk" Baehr, preceded her in death in 1965.
Also preceding her in death were two brothers, Jackie Coffee and Sam Coffee; and two sisters, Geneva Weeks and Helen Gross.
She is survived by one sister, Wanda Pearce of Hollywood, Fla.; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Ponder Funeral Home in Lilbourn where services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday. The Rev. Robert Medlock will officiate.
Burial will follow in Mounds Park Cemetery near Lilbourn.
Pallbearers will be: Teddy Coffee, Sonny Weeks, Dickie Weeks, Danny Baehr, Bill Whitlock and Bobby Lynn Nesselrodt.
