DEXTER -- Opal Marie Duncan, 92, died Dec. 1, 2007, at the Crowley Ridge Care Center.

Born Sept. 3, 1915, in Scott County, she had lived in southeast Missouri most of her life. A member of the Grayridge Baptist Church, she was a seamstress and had retired from the International Shoe Company.

She first married Eugene Haskins who preceded her in death. She later married Rube Duncan in Essex. He also preceded her in death.

She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Janet Bunch; three brothers, Earl Brazeal, Lester Brazeal and Marven Brazeal; and four sisters, Lilliam Walker, Lorraine Wyatt, Lucille Johnson and Cleo Deck.

Survivors include: one sister, Gladys Tarrants of Loveland, Fla.; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation is scheduuled from 11 a.m. Tuesday until time of services at 1 p.m. at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter. The Rev. Doyle Corlew of Dexter will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Dexter Cemetery.
