Wayne Wade

SIKESTON - Cecil Wayne Wade, 71, died at 5:45 a.m. Aug. 14, 2003, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

Born Oct. 25, 1931, in Rector, Ark., son of the late Frank and Gladys Russell Wade, he was a taxi driver for 24 years and a mover with Atlas Van Lines for 20 years before retiring.

Survivors include: two sons, John Wade of Howell, Mich., and Robert Wade of Sterling Heights, Mich.; two daughters, Lois Ann Wade of Howell and Alberta Higgins of Detroit, Mich.; six grandchildren; and a special friend, Edith Darlene Pope of Sikeston.

One son, Kenny Wade, preceded him in death.

No services are scheduled.
