The summer reading program at the Sikeston Public Library is encouraging youngsters to "Laugh It Up" by offering facepainting, clowns and fun along with reading this summer. Lauren Daniels, a member of the National Art Honor Society at New Madrid County Central High School, begins to paint the face of one of the young participants in Monday's reading program.
