Kevin Davis

ENCINITAS, Calif. - Kevin DeWayne Davis, 43, died Jan. 10, 2004, at the Evergreen Health Care Center at Encinitas.

Born July 13, 1960, at St. Louis, Mo., to Joyce Wilkey Link of St. Louis and the late DeWayne Davis, he was a master chef in the San Diego area.

Surviving in addition to his mother are his stepfather, Raymond Link of St. Louis; two sons, Joshua Michael Davis of Merritt Island, Fla., and Jason DeWayne Davis of St. Louis; and two grandsons.

Visitation will be from noon Saturday until time for memorial services at 1 p.m. at Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter, Mo. The Rev. Don Cooper will officiate.
