Sikeston Standard Democrat: Obituaries: Don Chamberlain (02/08/04)

LILBOURN -- Don Chamberlain, 64, died Feb. 6, 2004, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

Born June 8, 1939, in Catron, son of the late Fred and Edna Lee Weedman Chamberlain, he was a self-employed truck driver.

In 1974, he married Margaret Williams, and she survives of the home.

Other survivors include: three sons, Ronnie Gene Chamberlain and Randy Wayne Hall of Lilbourn and Ronald Lynn Hall of New Madrid; one daughter, Lisa Gail Ruenicki of New Madrid; two brothers, Lee Chamberlain of Dexter and Bill Chamberlain of Catron; two sisters, Ruth Wallace of Gulf Port, Miss., and Gail Laird of Matthews; and six grandchildren.

One son, Richard Boone Hall, and two brothers preceded him in death.

Friends may call from 2 to 6 p.m. today at Ponder Funeral Home in Lilbourn, where services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday.

Burial will follow in the Mounds Park Cemetery at Lilbourn.
