NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - Charles E. "Charlie" Pobst, 70, formerly of Oran, Mo., died March 21, 2004.
Born in Oran to the late Leo and Theresia Pobst, he retired as a foreman for Remington Arms after 30 years of service and was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.
His wife, Melanie Pobst, survives of the home.
Other survivors include: two sons, Mike Pobst of Sherwood and Chris Pobst of Natchitoches, La.; one daughter, Holly Skiles of Sherwood; one stepson, Mac Etheridge of Maumelle; and six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the Huson Funeral Home in Sherwood.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.
