CAPE GIRARDEAU - Marjorie Jane Clubb, 71, our mother, grandmother and great-grandmother went to heaven on Oct. 12, 2004.
Born Nov. 7, 1932, in Delta, daughter of the late Samuel Harvey and Hattie Mae Roberts Crader, she was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Cape Girardeau and was a certified nurses's aide with private duty nursing.
On Nov. 12, 1961, in St. Clair County, Ill., she married Elwood Clubb who preceded her in death in May 1985.
Survivors include: two sons and one daughter-in-law, Ronald B. and Peggy Lemons of Maplewood and Donald E. Lemons of Cape Girardeau; one daughter, Carol Halbert of Cape Girardeau; two brothers, Sammy Crader of the state of Illinois and J.C. Crader of Marble Hill; five sisters, Hester Ledbetter of Cape Girardeau, Lorene Withers of St. Johns, Marie Talley of St. Peters, Dorothy Richards of Creve Coeur and Wanda Hall of Marble Hill; 13 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren; and her dog, Snowball.
She was also preceded in death by two sons, one daughter, three brothers and one sister.
Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Friday at the Fellowship Baptist Church in Cape Girardeau where services are scheduled for 11 a.m. with the Rev. Marlyn "Bud" Schott, pastor, officiating.
Burial will follow in Whitener Cemetery in Marquand.
