BATESVILLE, Ark. - Myrtle A. Holland, 91, formerly of Bloomfield, Mo., died Oct. 20, 2004, in Batesville.
Born Jan. 31, 1913, in Sedgewickville, Mo., daughter of the late Benton and Cora Conrad Murray, she lived in Batesville since 1998 and was a member of the Assembly of God Church.
Her husband, John Holland, preceded her in death in 1944.
Survivors include: four sons, John M. Holland of Hot Springs, Ark., Clyde J. "Bud" Holland of St. Louis, Mo., A. Jean Holland of Batesville and Paul W. Holland of Winnetka, Calif.; three brothers, Elliot Murray and Wick Murray of Sedgewickville and Ben Murray of St. Charles, Mo.; two sisters, Bonnie Guyto and Bertha Hudson of Perryville, Mo.; and 10 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
One son, Boyd Holland, and one daughter, Bonnie Lou Holland, also preceded her in death.
Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield where services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday. The Rev. Jean Holland will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery near Bell City, Mo.
