COOTER -- Anita Parks Ray, 60, formerly of East Prairie and Charleston, died at 10:54 p.m. Nov. 9, 2005, at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett.
Arrangements are incomplete at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie.
