Fire Prevention Week

The City of Miner is celebrating Fire Prevention Week by conducting public tours of the fire station, visiting preschools and day care centers in the area and passing out smoke detectors - "as many as needed for the citizens of Miner," said the city's Fire Chief Benny Thurston, pictured right.
