CHARLESTON - Katrina McClain is the mother of her first child, a daughter, born at 6:21 a.m. Nov. 8, 2004, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston. Zawaivuna Za'Kyreya McCain-Brown weighed 6 pounds, 5 ounces and was 18 1/2-inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Jackie McCain and Phillip Turner.

BENTON - Charles Glenn and Kellie Rene Bridges are the parents of their seventh child, fourth daughter, born at 5:26 p.m. Nov. 9, 2004, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Mindy Jo Bridges weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces and was 19 3/4-inches long.

The former Kellie Brantley, Mrs. Bridges is the daughter of Naomi Brantley of Charleston and the late Terry Brantley. She is an accountant for Gail Lee CPA.

Bridges, son of Tom and Helen Bridges of Bertrand, is employed by Sleepy Hollow.

SIKESTON - Chuck and Krystal Chesmore are the parents of their second daughter, born Nov. 9, 2004, at Missouri Delta Medical Center. Harley Gail Chesmore weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces and was 18 1/2-inches log.

Mrs. Chesmore, daughter of Ron Sexton and Gail Sexton, is assistant manager for Taco Johns.

Chesmore, son of Charles and Sarah Chesmore, is a foreman for Trailer Express.

HOWARDVILLE - Derrick and Sade Long are the parents of their first child, a son, born at 4:07 p.m. Nov. 10, 2004, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston. Davion Shidareous-Montrell Long weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces and was 18 1/2-inches long.

Mrs. Long is the daughter of Linda Taylor.

Long, son of Julie Long, is a cashier and carryout for a local grocery store.

EAST PRAIRIE - Stacy and Ginny Lou McClendon are the parents of their second son, born at 4:40 a.m. Nov. 9, 2004, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. Lane Michael McClendon weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces and was 20 1/2-inches long.

Mrs. McClendon is the former Ginny Starr, daughter of Ginny and Billy Slay of Sikeston and the late Harry Ray Starr. She is a licensed practical nurse for the Visiting Nurse Association.

McClendon, son of Kaye and Mark Staples of Charleston, is an auxiliary operator for AECI.

CAPE GIRARDEAU - Rebecca Anne Scheffer and Kenneth Chad Jamieson are the parents of their second child, first son, born at 10 p.m. Nov. 10, 2004, at Southeast Missouri Hospital. Kenneth Pearse Jamieson weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces and was 20-inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Sharon Edmonds of Jackson and Anthony Scheffer of Sikeston.

Jamieson, son of William Jamieson and Gloria Jamieson of Jackson, is employed by Rubbermaid.

CHAFFEE - Thomas Marion and Renee Caroline Burnett Jr. are the parents of their second daughter, born at 8:22 a.m. Nov. 10, 2004, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Ainsley Caroline Burnett weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces and was 18 1/2-inches long.

The former Renee Vandeven, Mrs. Burnett is the daughter of Alvin and Betty Vandeven of Chaffee and is employed by the Auburn Surgery Center.

Burnett, son of Thomas and Shelley Burnett of Chaffee, is employed by Lonestar Industries - Buzzi Unicom.

NEW MADRID - Welton Clay and Ann Rachelle Young are the parents of their second son, born at 12:46 p.m. Nov. 11, 2004, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Caleb Lee Young weighed 8 pounds, 7 ounces and was 21-inches long.

Mrs. Young is the former Ann Jacobs, daughter of Barbara Jacobs of New Madrid and the late Jimmy Jacobs. She is a department manager for the Sikeston Wal-Mart Supercenter.

Young, son of Willie Young and Billy Young of New Madrid, is assistant manager for Lilbourn MFA Incorporated.

SIKESTON - Toni Boyd is the mother of her third child, second son, born at 6:31 a.m. Nov. 9, 2004, at Missouri Delta Medical Center. Maurice DeQuan Boyd weighed 6 pounds, 13 ounces and was 23-inches long.

Boyd, daughter of Janet Taylor and James Crockett, is a certified nurse aide.
