CHARLESTON - Frances "Fannie" DeLaney, 82, of Charleston died at 1:45 a.m. Dec. 23, 2004, at the Arbors Nursing Facility in Cape Girardeu.

McMikle Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements which are incomplete.
