Bobbie Keown

PORTAGEVILLE - Bobbie Rex Keown, 71, died Oct. 13, 2004, in Ferriday, La.

Born July 1, 1933, in New Madrid, son of the late Cecil and Pearl Oliver Keown, he retired as a salesman for Watercraft. He was a member of the First Church of God in Portageville and veteran of the U.S. Army.

Surviving him are one sister, Rena Keown Pitts of Ferriday; and one nephew, Ray Gene Pitts, of Ferriday.

Visitation is from 10 a.m. today until service time at 2 p.m. at DeLisle Funeral Home. The Rev. Bob Kespelher will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Portageville Cemetery.
