ESSEX - Ron Ledbetter, a district representative with Modern Woodmen of America, was the "Agent of the Month" in the Missouri East Agency for July. Ledbetter joined Modern Woodmen's Rainwater Agency, located in Farmington in June 1991. Modern Woodmen of America is a fraternal life insurance society headquartered in Rock Island, Ill.

SIKESTON - Wade Matthews was chosen by fellow co-workers of Bootheel Counseling Services as the Employee of the Quarter recipient for the third quarter.

Matthews has been with the agency for 3 1/2 years as an adult community support worker and works in the Stoddard County branch office located in Bloomfield.

Nominated for this award due to the fact that he is always willing to put forth extra effort to get work done, consistently exceeds production and seeks opportunities to learn, he also was reported as having an admirable work ethic, well liked by staff and dedicated to his profession.

Matthews resides in Bloomfield with wife Terri and sons, Nathaniel and Kyle.

SIKESTON - Molly Daughhetee was chosen by Sikeston Health Care as the August employee of the month.

Daughhetee has been employed as a licensed practical nurse with Sikeston Health Care for two years. She plans to return to school and get her registered nursing degree. A resident of Morehouse, she had her husband, Dee, have three children. She enjoys family activities, riding motorcycles, floating the river and cookouts.

SIKESTON?- Brooks A Pratt, a recent graduate from the Patrol Academy in Jefferson City, is assigned to Missouri Highway Patrol's Zone 8, Pemiscot and New Madrid counties.

Born in Sikeston, Pratt graduated from Sikeston High School and attended Murray State University at Murray, Ky. Prior to his appointment ot the Patrol, he worked as a substitute teacher in Sikeston.
